Victoria Aaron
Varsity Coach
Victoria Aaron has five years of volleyball coaching experience, currently coaching the 17-Premier Outlaw 1's team at TK Volleyball, where she works to develop a “whole-athlete” approach focusing on the mental and physical wellbeing of her athletes. With her 2nd year at South Forsyth High School, she is excited to continue to work and grow the program by providing a “learn first” mentality to the game. With 15 years of game experience, and five years as a coach, she is always striving to have a growth mindset in her approach, open to learning new techniques and applying them at the benefit of the athletes.
Victoria holds athletes to a high standard, implementing the “South Standard” with her athletes this season to ensure continuity in the approach and love for the game. She believes in the autonomy of learning with a guided hand, striving for her athletes to adapt a continuous learner mindset as well.
